The IACC is an international trade association comprising more than 140 commercial collection agencies and 160 commercial attorneys. They are the largest organization of commercial collection specialists in the world, with members throughout the U.S. and 25 countries.
To become certified, Caine & Weiner underwent an extensive third-party CPA evaluation process, which included confirmation of financial stability, having a dedicated commercial collection staff, adherence to all state licensing requirements (including the states in which our offices are located), proof of bonding, having an accounting system in place that accurately accounts for all monies collected with detailed remittance records, maintaining a trust account, and other requirements.
