Amanda Wygant

Amanda Wygant joined the Caine & Weiner family in September 2021 as Senior Manager-Customer Experience. A 20+ year Sales & Customer Experience professional, Amanda has spent more than 10 years in Risk Management, including 1st & 3rd party collections and Trade Credit Insurance. Amanda’s depth of knowledge in best practices, enhancing cash flow, reducing DSO makes her a true partner to her clients, who have ranged from start-up companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Her relationship-building skills are key elements in her Customer Experience role for Caine & Weiner. Amanda’s focus in her current role is on identifying each customer’s needs and how Caine & Weiner can meet and exceed their expectations. A believer in the “Power of Yet,” Amanda enjoys working with internal and external stakeholders to bring a positive experience in every area possible and loves to discover how to continually improve upon “the way it has always been done.”

A native of California, Amanda has swapped coasts and has resided in Massachusetts for more than 15 years. In her free time Amanda coaches her daughter’s soccer team, is PTO Treasurer, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Jake Cohen

Jake Cohen

Jake began his career at Caine & Weiner during high school as an intern in the mailroom, on the collection floor and in the sales and marketing departments. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2018, majoring in Urban Development and minoring in Sociology, Jake worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry as an associate sales professional.

Jake has returned to the Caine and Weiner family in the sales department as a Client Services Manager, where he prides himself on being available 24/7 to his clients. He looks forward to servicing all of his clients and their company’s needs with best-in-class practices.

In his free time Jake loves to watch sports, spend quality time with his family and play golf.

Fred Paisley

Fred Paisley brings more than 30 years of commercial portfolio experience in the ARM industry to Caine & Weiner. His passion for finding the best solution to support a company’s need for driving revenue is his forte. Fred is known for his ability to help businesses of all sizes, enhancing internal credit and collection policies with the goal of lowering bad debt write-offs. Fred earned a bachelor of science in speech communication from the Illinois State University, which has enhanced his keen listening skills, and foresight to understand individual client needs and forge long-term partnerships. Outside of work, Fred enjoys volunteering, being in nature, and spending time with his incredible rescue dog, Luc. Fred’s colleagues describe him as witty, patient, clever, spirited and mindful.

Lynn Rosenberg

Lynn Rosenberg-Kestecher

Lynn Rosenberg-Kestecher joined Caine & Weiner in 2019 as Senior Manager-Client Services. Lynn is a sales professional that partners with financial professionals to provide assistance and recommendations on commercial debt recovery. With over 25 years of sales experience, she has built a solid reputation of helping businesses throughout the collection process.

Lynn seizes every opportunity to hone her skills and talents to assure clients’ success. Her belief is that each business is unique and client satisfaction is of utmost importance. Embracing the core values of communication, trust and integrity has led to a natural fit in her current role at Caine & Weiner.

Lynn is a native of New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Long Island University-C.W. Post.

Robert Casper

Robert Casper

Robert Casper joined Caine & Weiner in 2018, bringing with him more than 12 years of experience in the collections industry. The knowledge he gained at other agencies helps him cater to his current clients, knowing the superior service level Caine & Weiner provides. Robert appreciates that no two clients are alike and prides himself on being malleable to each one of their needs. Previously, Robert worked for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department.

    Ken O’Rear

    Ken’s diverse career in the collection industry spans more than 20 years including experience as a collector, credit manager and sales representative. His vast knowledge of the collection industry enables him to identify his clients’ needs and to provide clients with excellent service in all areas of the collection process.

    Ken, a native Texan, is married with three sons.

    Rich Alex

    Richard has a B.S. Degree from the University of Buffalo in Marketing and Business before spending his following four years in sales with a national provider of business forms. Later,  he entered the Credit and Collections industry even accepting a sales position with a New York based agency.

    Upon building 15 years of high quality service to his clientele, as well as a solid sales record, he joined the Caine & Weiner Team in 2002. Richard continuously grows in his knowledge and leadership in the Commercial Collections field and is a top performer within the company.

    Russ Yarem

    Russ, a New Jersey Native, is an executive sales professional with nearly 30 years of direct selling and sales management experience, of which the past 20 years hold devotion to the Financial Services Industry.

    He is a results oriented sales professional with excellent consultative selling skills used to develop clientele relationships and foster long-term client retention; coupled with technical proficiency in formal product presentations, contract preparation and negotiations with senior level management.

    He prides himself on his proven track record developing new business and building client relationships across diverse industries through creative selling techniques, client needs assessments and problem solving. In short, he’s a consistent “key contributor” to the overall growth and profitability of his clients.


    Jim McGee

    Jim McGee

    Jim is a combat veteran and graduated from Northern Illinois University before beginning his career in the credit and collection industry in 1986 as a territory sales representative, Since then he has held various management and executive positions in the industry throughout his career.

    His experience has taught him about this client oriented industry and he strives to always provide the best services and innovations to his external and internal customers. Jim plays an instrumental part in developing several alliance partnerships bringing together the many services needed to support the broad spectrum of the credit and collection industry. Over the years, Jim has developed strong relationships in every aspect of our business.


    Kara Vieau

    Kara, a native Californian, began her sales career with Yellow Pages. Following her four year tenure, she joined the staff of a national magazine publisher. As their Sales Manager she was responsible for revenue generation and client acquisition and her enthusiasm, through her dedicated work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction, led to her recruitment by a nationally known collection agency, where she excelled in creating and implementing collections programs that increased the cash flow and reduced the DSO for her clients.

    In addition to her proven sales and marketing skills, she also recruited, trained and mentored many sales representatives. Her 18+ years of diverse experience enables her to effectively communicate with her clients and provide solutions to meet their A/R objectives.
