Tallinn graduated from Illinois State University and began her career with Caine & Weiner in 2014. Tallinn takes pride in her attention to detail and follow through. She uses knowledge gained through experience as both a collector and client relations representative to make accurate recommendations to clients on the collections process.

Katherine Sutliff

Born and raised in the Western New York area, Katherine began her career with Caine & Weiner in 2015 in our Skip trace unit. Katherine is well versed with CW Administration; investigative technology and in collections as a whole. Katherine is always ready and eager to offer the highest quality in customer and client services that Caine & Weiner strives for.  Katherine understands client expectations and prides herself in her ability to get resolutions accurately and efficiently while always representing herself in a personable professional manor.

Michelle Followay

Michelle Followay

Born and raised in Louisville, Michelle began her career with Caine & Weiner in 2004 as an administrative assistant.

In addition to being a tenured professional, she is a highly regarded team member–always ready to assist others and eager to provide the highest level of client service that Caine & Weiner is renowned for.

Michelle is familiar with all facets of our operation, keenly aware of the importance of client expectations and gifted with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Karl Anderson

Born and raised in Chicago, Karl has been a faithful member of the Caine & Weiner team since 2010.

Karl has more than 25 years of experience in the collection industry in both the retail and commercial collection sectors. He has a solid reputation and is well regarded by his clients of his analytical and common sense approach to problem solving.


Brian Patterson

Brian graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S in Finance before beginning his career in collections in 1989 as a collector with Dun & Bradstreet and later transitioning to a customer service role in handling a high volume of low revenue generating customers.

The positive feedback from customers and peers in this role led to Brian receiving account management responsibilities in handling larger, higher revenue clients specializing in the transportation industry. His responsibilities included clients such as Yellow Freight, Union Pacific, Roadway, UPS as well as several others. Brian was also responsible for monthly revenue generation in excess of $500,000.


Deb Zgoda

Born and raised in the Buffalo area, Deb has worked with Caine & Weiner since 2002 and has more than 30 years in the collection industry. Her background involves extensive experience in many aspects of business operation, from administration, accounting, office management, information technology, and collections. This experience provides a special perspective in understanding our clients’ needs and her attention to detail and problem solving skills are well utilized in her current position of client relations.
