With a strong foundation in the insurance sector early in her career, she developed a keen understanding of financial risk management that continues to enhance her approach in business development today.
As Vice President of Business Development, Lisa is widely recognized for her extensive industry knowledge, strategic insight, and exceptional communication skills. Her ability to collaborate, mentor, and guide others has earned her deep respect among her colleagues and clients alike.
Lisa’s contributions extend beyond her role at Caine & Weiner. She co-authored “ESAC Financial Responsibility” for the National Association of Professional Employers trade publication, demonstrating her thought leadership and commitment to advancing the profession. Over the years, she has been honored with multiple awards for her performance, reflecting her dedication, innovation, and consistent ability to drive measurable success.
