David has been an active involvement in the Accounts Receivable management industry for over 20+ years. He started out in the industry in 2001 as a primary sales rep for NCO financial, his extensive experience in agency sales, collections, management, client relations, marketing, operations and public relations makes him a valuable asset to the Caine & Weiner team.
David is currently focusing on global business development, new business acquisition, client retention, client relations, and alliance business partnerships.
