Amanda Wygant joined the Caine & Weiner family in September 2021 as Senior Manager-Customer Experience. A 20+ year Sales & Customer Experience professional, Amanda has spent more than 10 years in Risk Management, including 1st & 3rd party collections and Trade Credit Insurance. Amanda’s depth of knowledge in best practices, enhancing cash flow, reducing DSO makes her a true partner to her clients, who have ranged from start-up companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Her relationship-building skills are key elements in her Customer Experience role for Caine & Weiner. Amanda’s focus in her current role is on identifying each customer’s needs and how Caine & Weiner can meet and exceed their expectations. A believer in the “Power of Yet,” Amanda enjoys working with internal and external stakeholders to bring a positive experience in every area possible and loves to discover how to continually improve upon “the way it has always been done.”
A native of California, Amanda has swapped coasts and has resided in Massachusetts for more than 15 years. In her free time Amanda coaches her daughter’s soccer team, is PTO Treasurer, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Manny brings more than 25 years of ARM industry experience to Caine & Weiner. His development brought him from a producer in small and midsize markets to executive leadership positions at major U.S. ARM and Credit Insurance companies. His team building ability coupled with a drive toward excellence resulted in many accolades over his career. He credits his success to the people around him and an ability to listen to customers.
In his role as Vice President of Customer Experience, Manny will contribute an unrelenting focus on each customer’s needs and how Caine & Weiner can meet and exceed customer expectations.
Manny’s passion for team building extends outside of the work arena to youth sports; he has coached and officiated at high levels of youth soccer in Connecticut, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.
Tallinn graduated from Illinois State University and began her career with Caine & Weiner in 2014. Tallinn takes pride in her attention to detail and follow through. She uses knowledge gained through experience as both a collector and client relations representative to make accurate recommendations to clients on the collections process.
Jake began his career at Caine & Weiner during high school as an intern in the mailroom, on the collection floor and in the sales and marketing departments. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2018, majoring in Urban Development and minoring in Sociology, Jake worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry as an associate sales professional.
Jake has returned to the Caine and Weiner family in the sales department as a Client Services Manager, where he prides himself on being available 24/7 to his clients. He looks forward to servicing all of his clients and their company’s needs with best-in-class practices.
In his free time Jake loves to watch sports, spend quality time with his family and play golf.
Fred Paisley brings more than 30 years of commercial portfolio experience in the ARM industry to Caine & Weiner. His passion for finding the best solution to support a company’s need for driving revenue is his forte. Fred is known for his ability to help businesses of all sizes, enhancing internal credit and collection policies with the goal of lowering bad debt write-offs. Fred earned a bachelor of science in speech communication from the Illinois State University, which has enhanced his keen listening skills, and foresight to understand individual client needs and forge long-term partnerships. Outside of work, Fred enjoys volunteering, being in nature, and spending time with his incredible rescue dog, Luc. Fred’s colleagues describe him as witty, patient, clever, spirited and mindful.
Lynn Rosenberg-Kestecher joined Caine & Weiner in 2019 as Senior Manager-Client Services. Lynn is a sales professional that partners with financial professionals to provide assistance and recommendations on commercial debt recovery. With over 25 years of sales experience, she has built a solid reputation of helping businesses throughout the collection process.
Lynn seizes every opportunity to hone her skills and talents to assure clients’ success. Her belief is that each business is unique and client satisfaction is of utmost importance. Embracing the core values of communication, trust and integrity has led to a natural fit in her current role at Caine & Weiner.
Lynn is a native of New Jersey and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Long Island University-C.W. Post.
Robert Casper joined Caine & Weiner in 2018, bringing with him more than 12 years of experience in the collections industry. The knowledge he gained at other agencies helps him cater to his current clients, knowing the superior service level Caine & Weiner provides. Robert appreciates that no two clients are alike and prides himself on being malleable to each one of their needs. Previously, Robert worked for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department.
Maricor joined Caine & Weiner nearly 20 years ago in our Administration department. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is always up for a challenge and is well-respected by her peers. Maricor primarily supports the President/Chief Executive Officer and the Chief of Staff, handling scheduling and travel as well as various other administrative tasks.
Born and raised in the Western New York area, Katherine began her career with Caine & Weiner in 2015 in our Skip trace unit. Katherine is well versed with CW Administration; investigative technology and in collections as a whole. Katherine is always ready and eager to offer the highest quality in customer and client services that Caine & Weiner strives for. Katherine understands client expectations and prides herself in her ability to get resolutions accurately and efficiently while always representing herself in a personable professional manor.
Shamaria Smallis is a strategic and innovative HR Executive with more than 25 years progressive experience in the entertainment, banking/financial, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. She is regarded as a trusted adviser to the executive and leadership teams. She has successfully built and led Human Resources and Payroll teams focusing on recruiting and retention of key talent that drives business return in alignment with business strategy. Known as a results-oriented thinker, Shamaria has excellent judgment, communication and influencing skills in conjunction with a proven track record of discovering creative solutions that meet everchanging unique business needs and challenges.
