Caine & Weiner takes pride in its “Culture of Excellence.” As such, our clients have come to expect outstanding performance and exceptional service. We have earned our exemplary industry reputation by recruiting the industry’s top talent and providing them with outstanding training. Our team of tenured professionals is retained by providing them with an optimal work environment, competitive compensation, incentives and on-going motivation.
All business transactions are conducted in accordance with the highest business ethics–a practice we have adhered to since our founding in 1930. We take pride in our membership and certification in several associations. We are a sustaining member of the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), a founding member of the former Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA), and remains certified by the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) which is endorsed by the IACC. The CLLA is one of the oldest and most respected creditors’ rights organizations in the country, and this certification is the most rigorous in the industry. Requirements of this certification include posting a $300,000 surety bond for the protection of our clients, maintaining client trust accounts, allowing onsite inspection by the Association, and other compliance standards. Of the nation’s 4,000 Collection Agencies, fewer than 2% have qualified for this highly coveted certification.
Caine & Weiner is also a longstanding member of the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International), formerly the American Collectors Association. The company is also SOC 1 Type 2 Audited by The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and ISO 27001:2013 Certified by CompVisory.
In addition to company certifications, John Myers, VP of Strategy & Planning, holds the Certified Receivables Management Compliance Professional (CRCP) certification from the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), and Steve Simon, VP of Compliance and Quality Assurance, holds the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) certification from ACA International.
