Collection Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- 1. Conduct account monitoring to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable in FDCPA requirements and Caine and Weiner goals and objectives. In addition, perform quality review audits monthly and provide immediate feedback to staff for coaching and development.
- 2. 50% of your time will be coaching individual collectors on increasing efficiencies and effectiveness. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team to review performance.
- 3. Responsible for monitoring staff performance according to established standards. Conduct employee coaching and counseling as needed. Prepare the Performance Reviews for all employees within guidelines. Must be involved in disciplinary discussions.
- 4. Assist the Operations Manager in the resolution of all critical issues that have been identified within the department in order to maintain our client standards.
- 5. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates must possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills, desire to exceed challenging goals, be self motivated and able to demonstrate personal initiative in a effort to achieve high standards of performance. Must be adaptable to change, flexible and demonstrate persuasive communication and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management position, in a collection/call center environment is required
- Some Nights and Weekends required

- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing work environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task
- Superior communication skills
- Schedule flexibility a must
