As Vice President-General Counsel, John directly oversees all corporate legal matters and heads the in-house legal team. He completed his under graduate degree at Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH. and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Capital University Law School, Columbus, OH. He is admitted to the State Bar's in Pennsylvania, Illinois and Ohio and is a member of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America. John has been a creditor's rights attorney for 16 years. |

Brad, who has been with the enterprise since 2003, oversees Caine & Weiner's national sales and client relations team. Brad started in collections, as a collector, in 1985. His education at The Ohio State University and his extensive background in agency sales, collections, marketing and public relations well-qualifies him for the executive position he occupies. Under Brad's management, Caine & Weiner's sales team has expanded and branched out into every major industry resulting in increased revenue for the enterprise. |

Steve earned his BA at UCLA in economics. He began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and later became the VP of Operations for a Los Angeles-based commercial collection agency, generating a 350% increase in revenue. He began his career with Caine & Weiner in 2002. In addition to his extensive operations responsibilities, Steve oversees Caine & Weiner's retail collection division and performs an active role in Caine & Weiner's expansion, development and implementation of integrated technology. |

Mark has 15+ years of extensive consumer collection experience. As a recognized industry expert he serves on CAC Committees and has been a Board member of the CU Users Group. In 2007 he was recognized by Collection Advisor as a "Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals". He has been featured in CAC's Collectors Ink Magazine and is often asked to be a panelist or presenter on a variety of subjects by his clients, industry peers and vendors. Mark is a dynamic leader and his collection system, vendor, and industry knowledge empower him to design and implement policies and procedures that maximize recoveries. He earned his B.S degree at the University of California-Santa Barbara and completed the Coro Foundation's prestigious Public Affairs Fellow program in San Francisco. |

As the Director-Human Resources, Chris is well-suited for his position. His many years of experience include executive HR positions with leading national companies. His academic accomplishments include Bachelor of Arts degrees from Moody Bible Institute and the University of Phoenix. He also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management. Chris grew up in upstate New York. He is the father of three. In his leisure time he enjoys sports car racing. |

As the head of Caine & Weiner's Information Technology Department, Ron and his team are responsible for all aspects of managing and processing information and has the direct responsibility of managing the enterprises computer base for all four national collection centers. He acquires and manages the hardware and software that facilitates decision support systems, project management applications and all computerized processes that enable each department to run efficiently. With his comprehensive knowledge of Management Information Services, keen problem-solving skills and intuitive approach to problem-solving. Ron is well-suited for his position. Ron, who has been with Caine & Weiner for seven years, is well-regarded by his team members and essential to the continued success of the Enterprise. |

Steven graduated from UCLA in 1990 with a B.A. in English and in 1993 obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. He was admitted to both the California Bar and the United States District Court in 1994. He has worked in the collections field for over 20 years, 15 years as an attorney, three years as a clerk during law school and two years in the legal department of a collection agency. He is familiar with all steps of the collection process and has been lead counsel on more than 50 court trials. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. |
