As the President & CEO, Greg oversees the daily operation of Caine & Weiner's national network of full service, state-of-the-art collection centers.

With 25 years of experience in corporate administration, alliance partnerships, customer service, business development and vendor relations he is an industry veteran. His expertise is frequently sought out and he is often quoted in industry publications.

Caine & Weiner's sales and revenue have increased through his innovative leadership and acquisition of cutting edge technology.

Rick, who began his tenure as Caine & Weiner's Controller in 2004, was recently promoted to Vice President-Finance.

With over 30 years of extensive accounting and financial experience at major corporations specializing in entertainment, distribution, banking and service, he is well-grounded and one of Caine & Weiner's key players. He earned his BA at the Ohio University and his MBA at Pepperdine University.

Brad, who has been with the enterprise since 2003, oversees Caine & Weiner's national sales and client relations team.

Brad started in collections, as a collector, in 1985. His education at The Ohio State University and his extensive background in agency sales, collections, marketing and public relations well-qualifies him for the executive position he occupies.

Under Brad's management, Caine & Weiner's sales team has expanded and branched out into every major industry resulting in increased revenue for the enterprise.

Bob has extensive experience in business administration, sales, marketing and management.

With 26 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry, Bob is well suited for his executive position.

He excels in all phases of client relations from his experience providing receivable management solutions to Fortune 500 Companies and medium size businesses.

Bob received his degree in Liberal Arts from DePauw University.

With 24 years of experience in all facets of accounts receivable management, operations and client services, Tony is well-suited for his executive position at Caine & Weiner. In his position he directly oversees all operational and collection handling on the West Coast.

In addition to his extensive industry experience, he holds a BA degree in Business Administration & Psychology from UCLA. Tony has been with Caine & Weiner for 14 years.

Steve earned his BA at UCLA in economics. He began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and later became the VP of Operations for a Los Angeles-based commercial collection agency, generating a 350% increase in revenue. He began his career with Caine & Weiner in 2002.

In addition to his extensive operations responsibilities, Steve oversees Caine & Weiner's retail collection division and performs an active role in Caine & Weiner's expansion, development and implementation of integrated technology.

Frank's extensive career includes his management role at Dun & Bradstreet marketing credit information and active participation in the debt collection industry for 17 years.

His background encompasses active participation in customer service, education, sales collection and operations. Frank holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University.

Dan, who joined the Caine & Weiner team in 2003, oversees Caine & Weiner's Mid-South Collection Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Caine & Weiner benefits from Dan's extensive credit & collection knowledge, acquired during his 29 years of industry experience which includes: insurance, construction, distribution and litigation knowledge.

He is a decorated USMC veteran and a key team player. Caine & Weiner is pleased to have Dan as one of its executives.

With a diverse 29-year background in the accounts receivable management industry, Cindy is well-qualified for her position as Manager-Collection Operations at Caine & Weiner's Northeast Center located in Buffalo, NY.

Cindy has held several positions including senior commercial collector, collections manager, trainer and recruiter. She has significant experience in both the consumer and commercial sectors.

With a background in credit, collections, sales, operations, marketing and public relations, Frank's 28 years of experience makes him uniquely qualified for his position marketing Caine & Weiner's portfolio of diverse services to a global market.

His duties include creating advertisements for the print media, press liason, launching Internet marketing campaigns, video production, developing sales literature, alliance partner coordination and more.

He received his BA degree in Public Relations from Long Beach State

As the executive in charge of training and development, Karen is uniquely qualified. Her 20+ years in the financial services industry encompasses operations, training, recruiting and HR.

Through her implementation of team member training programs, creating work standards, developing adult education programs, and creating proprietary training material, Karen plays a pivotal role at Caine & Weiner.

As the Director-Human Resources, Chris is well-suited for his position. His many years of experience include executive HR positions with leading national companies.

His academic accomplishments include Bachelor of Arts degrees from Moody Bible Institute and the University of Phoenix. He also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management.

Chris grew up in upstate New York. He is the father of three. In his leisure time he enjoys sports car racing.

As the head of Caine & Weiner's Information Technology Department, Ron and his team are responsible for all aspects of managing and processing information and has the direct responsibility of managing the enterprises computer base for all four national collection centers.

He acquires and manages the hardware and software that facilitates decision support systems, project management applications and all computerized processes that enable each department to run efficiently.

With his comprehensive knowledge of Management Information Services, keen problem-solving skills and intuitive approach to problem-solving. Ron is well-suited for his position.

Ron, who has been with Caine & Weiner for seven years, is well-regarded by his team members and essential to the continued success of the Enterprise.
